The friendly nature in the office premises help to solve many technology related problems. The company is following all the guidelines measure provided by the government for covid 19

MNC type work culture is missing so only we need to work work and work. During the COVID-19 they opened the office saying fresher can't learn from WFH and calling team members to join office at Indore location. Which is not at all good thing.

I am QA engineer here so my work life is quite good here. But for the developer point of view, it is just like hell. As a fresher one can learn a lot and the new technology but so work pressure is quite high. Overall it is good.

As of now , i am experienced employee but if i talk about fresher . Expectations is too much high from freshers it leads to unexpected termination. It means no job security. Zero work life balance . People do work here like majdoor . Almost they come to know some assignment is pending in night and it has to be completed same day itself . Poor planning , Poor management .
