we are very scared that our iqama belongs to Herman bin laden and the date has expired last 4 month. and we don't get a salary to continue And so the family members have to struggle a lot. but we should be patient but what to do with family

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
