They just buy companies and if they are not earning profit out of that they just demolish that company, and only hire people just to show off and increase the head count to earn green signal from their vendor, no career growth at all

Likes

1. Perks are good. Free breakfast, subsidized lunch, company sponsored outing per year, free one time transport for girls etc. 2. The team and personal bonding amoung the team mates is very good. 3. Salary compensation is good compared to other similar level companies. However, the salary structure is very uneven and heterogeneous. Even guys junior to you can have much higher salary than you.

Dislikes

1. There is no laid process for development. Things are haywire which consumes lot of time unnecessarily. 2. Office politics 3. In terms of learning, there is not much. Same old Java development, but the codebase is horrible, so nothing to learn from there also. 4. Job security is very poor currently. 5. Tech stack is very outdated

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
