Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are but don't expect hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting because they allow me to perform in every tools, I struggled a bit in the beginning but I learnt everything on the job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
