Has huge potential to grow further rapidly; just need to retain talents through good salaries and good salary structure by passing on more benefits to employees. Leverage Flexi Benefit Plan and pass on more benefits to employees. This way you can keep your existing cost as is and pass more cash in hand to employees depending on Job Levels . Secondly, decouple your heavy infra investments into one location into multiple locations , even if its within one city , this is another way to retain good talent. Pandemic has brought hybrid and companies would continue to adopt and retain talent and hence we should adopt it too. SEZ benefits certainly would depend on how you position it....Read More

Currently working as technology lead With 9 years experience. Current ctc is 14.6 with variable. Got an offer in tcs with 21LPA including variable pay of 3.7LPA Is This offer is comes under market standard. Is it good offer to grab or search for better offer.
