I appreciate their work life balance at Infosys as there is minimal work pressure. My colleagues are great and the campus is tidy and well maintained. Plus salaries are always on time and align with industry standards

Dislikes

I find that there's a lack of transparency regarding growth opportunities and I wish there were more chances for learning. Additionally there seems to be some favoritism based on state which can be frustrating.

I cleared all rounds and we had HR discussion for document verification but because of some disgusting policy they didn't hired me . policy detail:- If you have some educational/career gap then they will consider this and deduct from the experience don't understand what kind of logic they have build behind this policy i mean if anyone having the relevant experience doesn't mater he/she had some career/educational gap or not , he/she should be not effect because of that gap Note:- In a simple words i had 3+ years of experience in salesforce continuously which they needed but because of some educational/career gap i couldn't make it...Read More

It is a great learning environment, with amazing offices across the cities. There are ample amount of resources to upskill in any technology of our choice with vouchers to get certified. as well.

Dislikes

Pay and appraisals are not as expected, no major employee benefits as such. The chances of being on the bench for a longer period are high.

Need to face the brunt of Top Management Politics for any internal project roles. I was recently selected for the Senior Associate Consultant role at Infosys, and I had high expectations for the opportunity. However, my experience has been very disappointing. After receiving the offer, I was asked to resign from my previous position as soon as possible, which I did. But just one or two days before my scheduled joining, Infosys suddenly halted my onboarding without providing any valid reason. My advice to those considering joining Infosys is: do not resign from your current job until all your documents are approved and verified. Infosys can unexpectedly withdraw their offer and provide unexpected reasons or excuses for rejection, leaving you in a difficult and uncertain position. A lot actually, starting from HR analysis leading to skewed policy. To salary scale to quality of work. Basically they will be trapped in the typical IT service providers zone.. And nothing more if not corrected

Very bad experience with infy. Manager behaves just like a slave with people. They have some hidden rule that they do not disclose with others. They asked to experience people to do other skill. If you don't want to do this then they will give lowest rating and after that HR will call you and will ask to resign forcefully.

Worst place for freshers to join, as there is no room to learn or grow in what you are interested. But if you are are yes sir/mam and always there to please people perfect place for you as they will make you work for 12-15 hrs a day.. and salary is obviously lowest.
