I was working for BPM. Where you will be disappointing with appraisal. Very complex HR support might help while you want explore job within BPM. You love the campus area.

Dislikes

For US shift employees it would be disappointing with facilities like gym which not operate in night swimming pool- which is only for day shift employees IT support- you suppose to connect them in day time Shift Allowance - For US shift- 2000 rs per month UK shift- Rs 1500 rs per month

Companies will ask for Knowlege gain on multiple things but 95% you will time will not get any oppertunity to work on those technology . For a quality of of work/technology quality of project also required thats actually not in the hand of Inforsys of any other service base company like infosys. Forget about good salary hike . Work balance is good. Only 2 days of office remaining days wfh. Also the best part I felt was that for 2 days which you are going to office can be also done for only 3.5 hours rest you can do wfh.

It does train you for the hardcore professional corporate world. Be keen to learn and you will find a way to stumble upon something good be it a project, colleagues or even technologies. Take every failures as a learning and success as a part of your professional journey towards your growth. Some managers are quite good , they will reach out to you personally if you require any help.

Dislikes

The work is always there but so does the bench period. Sometimes you will have to settle for the less as it's a lottery based system for assignment of projects for freshers and you will have to be patient in terms of growth. People starting from absolute zero, it will take decades to reach a substantial level of financial security but there is no easy ladder to reach any required level.

Nothing is good at Infosys. Very toxic work culture is present here.

I didn't like everything about Infosys, because of very rude management and no help from HR's and you won't get projects based on your core skills. You need to do any kind of work .. like developer also need to do manual testing work and other works. After some days they will assign the same kind of work to you, and slowly you will forget your core skills.
