Will make you overwork, they didn't even give regular holidays sighting that it was new project but it has been more than an year still no change, forget weekends no extra pay, no growth, management promotes overworking, micromanagement, damaging health, no flexibility was provided, terrible team leads with no knowledge. Had a really bad experience here.

Too much of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.
