My manager Ratiesh Chandran had been so supportive with me and my team mates that I didn't care about the less pay, almost no hike for 5 years. Later on I had my personal commitments for which I had to switch to different company.

Dislikes

The pay structure is as bad as it gets. They didn't pay for current employees who are working for them for the long time and they are paying more to those who are been hired from external source. Please pay attention to this.

Will make you overwork, they didn't even give regular holidays sighting that it was new project but it has been more than an year still no change, forget weekends no extra pay, no growth, management promotes overworking, micromanagement, damaging health, no flexibility was provided, terrible team leads with no knowledge. Had a really bad experience here.

It is a company where you retire not where you start. - They say that it is rotational shifts but I was working in the night shift from 10 months straight.

Everything is a disaster. No hike, no proper promotions. You need to be of the same state and need to favour Manager legs. Too much of partiality, even if you work your a off it will not be recognized at all. Salary no need to ask about it. After 3 years they have given hike of 2k on in hand salary and that's the hike.
