When there is not enough work, still be in office for 10 hours. No Hybrid policy in my team. Strict hours. Micromanagement. No career growth.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
