They intend to work and share knowledge, conducts training sessions in both technical and non technical. Focuses on ultimate deliverables to the customer and ensures customer satisfaction. Well alignment of all the teams and interact easily to solve problems in no time. Impressive in the aspect of teams deliverables.

Dislikes

No worklife balance to enployees, less resources support to more small projects. Found trouble in payments and leaves.
