While working at IDEVIFY Solutions Pvt Ltd I phase multiple serious issues like making work under pressure, 1. I had to work overtime without any incentive 2. lack of payment I haven't received my salary on pay date 3. They force employees to give good review of IDEVIFY Solutions Pvt Ltd on Google reviews 4. No time management 5. They didn't hire any HR or a Project manager for a long period of time 6. The Founder and Co-Founder have no management skills 7. They hire interns and try to convert them to change there carrier path and do work according to company needs For example :- one of the intern joined as an 2D/3D Animator but was forced to do Video Editing. 8. They're promised me 4LPA with offer letter but I never received salary that was promised because they changed the package to 1.92 LPA without consulting me 9. They also kept my payment of 2 months on hold. And whenever I asked they postponed it to 2-3 days I am yet to receive my payment. At Last time I asked them for payment they advised me to resign because they where short on money but before I gave my resignation letter they sent me the termination under the name of company protocols and then they told me that "don't give resignation we will work when the project will onboard"....Read More
