Good work environment and culture. Teamates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Appraisals are not fair they give good salary and there are not bonus every year.

There is salary issue.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped.

Friendly environment which helps you to overcome of work stress.. Good Hikes. Teams politics is general thing. Healthy work environment. We need to innovation by ourselves obviously. Sometimes work-life balance gets disturbed because of Deadlines. So delayed and late appraisal process quite irritating and frustrating thing about Infionic. Otherwise so good

Late appraisal process.. No proper documentation from joining to leave the company. Not providing PF accounts even they do deduction of it from Salary.

Learning ERP Module in Easy Understanding way

They only give the salary in the 1st week for the first 3 months of joining. After that they will give the salary when they want to give. They deduct PF amount from your salary but not credit in the PF account.
