Moreover, they see to it that the work conditions are unbiased for all. Also they have this really awesome habit of communicating with employees frequently.

Sometimes, meetings go on for long hours. They shouldn't be stretched like this without informing.

I came here in the hope of good staff and bosses. The staff is undoubtedly very nice here. I am happy to see that the management has chosen qualified and educated professionals. The bosses are also kind. I have met them a few times. They recognize who all are workings in the company and are aware of their performances as well.

A Continuous desk job is sometimes not good for health. The shift should be shorter because of this.

The works never feel to be mundane. I have always been able to maintain my interest in it. I got exposure to awesome clients in this organization. As I work for them, I have been able to explore a lot of new things.

We have enough employees in the team. But some of them don't take initiative to work more. Hence, the extra burden comes on a few.

Infiniti Research's management is nice. Sometimes, the people of the management connect with the employees to know if they are encountering any issues. This is very thoughtful of the management. I also feel that this company's work culture is perfect for employees. They can be completely dedicated at work when such is the culture. It should be maintained the same way in the future too.

There are several downsides- 1. The salary of month is credited on 5th of next month. A lot of times it gets delayed. 2. It has a toxic work environment, where VPs and managers put pressure on analysts and associates. 3. Many people are given option to either reduce salary or leave the company. 4. I've enjoyed my time in this company. I began the role as a newbie. From the first day of this job, I have worked with awesome leaders who greatly guide me. Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

Infiniti Research is an impressive company. It offers a fantastic office environment. There are several standout advantages. The workflow here is as smooth as one can imagine. It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

Access to paid online platforms is limited for participating in courses that I personally wish to do.

What I appreciate here the most is the work I am assigned. It is challenging but engaging and serves my professional requirements.
