What I appreciate here the most is the work I am assigned. It is challenging but engaging and serves my professional requirements. At a personal level, it satisfies my hunger for something that keeps me engaged. I am assigned new tasks every now and then. This is the best way to make my experience great.

Dislikes

As much as I've observed, most managers are approachable except for some. There is nothing else that I dislike.

The company has lot of ongoing projects. I was given tasks related to many of these. Indeed, I am managing several things that needs my attention. But I have not really seen any burden. I have also noted that the deadlines are made after discussions. A single person alone doesn't decide them. I can share my bandwidth as per which the deadline is set.

Dislikes

The helper does not clean my desk regularly after the lunch hours.

I was made familiar with the systems used in the company for several processes. While using these, I ran into some concerns. I could see the HR being occupies by certain things. Yet, when I asked for help, I was promptly assisted. The quickness of the HR is good and it should be maintained too.

Dislikes

I go out to drink tea. I don't like the way it is made here. The quality of the ingredient is the another concern for me.

All the managers in this workplace are supportive for their teams. It has been incredible to work with them. For different projects, I have worked with some of the managers. All of them have been great to me. They are not only supportive but also approachable. In my growth, they have invested to a great degree. I am happy that I got their support.

Almost every process has been streamlined by the management. Just a few of them need more attention.

In my previous offices, I was majorly coordinating with engineers. But in this office, I have the opportunity to connect with different teams. Cross-functional teams are there. Connecting with the teams has led me to develop better communication skills. Since I am more skilled now, it is easier to coordinate with them.

Dislikes

This office has been nicely designed. However, more cabinets could have been attached to every desk. Mine is very small and can hold only a few things.

This is quite a thrilling job. I have a completely relaxed, happy and satisfying office life. Work is prioritised as much as fun activities. Once in a while HR arranges fun days. We plays games as well as quizzes and have fun. There are some break rooms for the employees. They can feel more at ease while they are in these rooms.

Dislikes

Nothing is bad about this company. I like everything, from perks to my work life.

They should change the top management so that every employee can give their full potential. Too much internal politics, managers having no experience how to manage the team. They are not at all hiring for top management so same old people only ruling the game.

Extreme mico-management, bad leave approval policies, HR is not cooperative and listens to only the board members, no 1-1 meetings with managers, they just like to pull the strings using other senior members, they are not ready to listen to problems of other team members, you will be called for meetings even during leaves. Don't work for Technavio, they are extremely toxic and 0 work-life balance. I've enjoyed my time in this company. I began the role as a newbie. From the first day of this job, I have worked with awesome leaders who greatly guide me. Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

Infiniti Research is an impressive company. It offers a fantastic office environment. There are several standout advantages. The workflow here is as smooth as one can imagine. It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.

Access to paid online platforms is limited for participating in courses that I personally wish to do.

In my role, in this company, I feel really secure. That is because Infiniti invests in its team. It is good for getting top-notch training. Ans all the team leaders are very agile and equipped. In terms of my performance, my job is secure. But, otherwise, also, I feel safe. Everyone treats me respectfully, giving me positive vibes.

Certain complex things were there. Nothing was extremely worrisome. The management was really quick in taking control of these.

The work culture at Infiniti Research is so unique. Whenever I think of it, happy faces come to my mind. The culture is awesome and every employee is a gem at heart. Employee respect each other and value their decisions. No one interferes or affects any personal boundaries either.

Employees are like a close-knit team here but for better engagement, social activities are fewer. Usually they happen once or twice a month.
