Company policies are really bad. You have not much option in benefits. Salaries might get delayed sometimes. HRs/Management might not reply to your queries. 2 months notice period with no salary. FNF settlement after 6 months Office space is like make shift space.

Celebration in the workplace are the most awesome. Some days ago, all of us celebrated Christmas. We played games and exchanged gifts. Everything was so much fun. Treats were organised to make the celebration more enjoyable. I'd look forward to more such events to create more sweet memories with my colleagues.

A lot of previous are satisfactory, however, if comfort is a concern, then outdated furniture is something to do away with. I don't really like the seats in particular.

It's fairly easy to connect with the top management people whenever they are needed. On top of that, there are flexible office hours. Another big plus is the leave policy.
