Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? They'll hire you as interns but will employ you on full time basis. You'll be working full-time as efficiently as a full time employ does but will pay you in penny. They only have intern working for them and not any employ just to save money.
