It depends on ur project but most of the projects in Mumbai office are down right boring There is little to no skill improvement Job satisfaction is low

1. Company culture - Not a hectic schedule daily, food in office, annual gifts (people received Marshall speakers and apple watch) 2. Job Security - don't fire people randomly. 3. On-site opportunity. 4. Good salary and hikes if you perform. 5. Noon timings 2pm-10pm. Good for those who aren't morning birds and mostly sleep late.

Dislikes

1. Engineers doing non-engineering tasks (making data entry etc in products, excel) 2. Company has 2-3 products in outdated tech stacks. No modern tech stack to learn. 3. Noon timings - 2pm-10pm 4. Namesake product organization. Mostly it behaves as service based company.

-Company offers various perks like food , fruits , door to door cab service, hybrid model - Job security is there , company doesn't fire easily. - Good learning is available but you will have to put in extra hours - end to end responsibility is given for the items , juniors are trusted with new work.

Some products has very very old tech stack , they don't put you out of market by giving you huge salaries but they do it by making you work on outdated technologies, so you will have to be curious by yourself as what is going on in the outside tech world so that when you switch you don't face problems. There is no concept of work life balance in this company, they do talk about it in interviews but they have failed to implement it , even I don't see any HR taking any steps to implement it . Working on weekends is like custom here . When you give hints that you are exhausted you will see that your director not giving you extra work for the upcoming weekend or the next 2-3 weekends but after that you will again get work . If you put honest 8 hours work then also you can expect to be under appraised , So a guy who pings on the group at 2am will be seen as a hero and a guy stats that this is the logical amount of work i can do in one day and after my working hours i need to spend some alone time , will not be praised . Over the years I have seen such principles followed in the company - pay 2-3 senior guys heavily so that they don't leave and hire freshers for 2 reasons 1) they are highly motivated 2) they can be easily exploited Once you become a 2-3 years experienced guy , you will feel that you need your personal life as well and then when you start taking work life balance seriously you will see yourself not getting appraised anymore . So when you try to leave company will make you a few offers(that too with 2 years employment bond ) but eventually for every senior gone they will again hire a few freshers to exploit for the next 2-3 years And this cycle goes on . At start they will ask you if you are available on weekend and slowly after a few times they will put the work on mail without even discussing if you can work on Saturday or not ....Read More
