The wellness head Mr chakroborthy could be less toxic, less hurried and more considerate. Some amount of emotional understanding and intelligence can be exercised and not just be a cold boss. It shows when a head cares about employee welfare and workplace wellness and not just for guests alone
I remember doing yoga poses for a movie shoot. We were made to wait for hours on end but nothing much came from it.
Unnecessary extra work has to be cut out or appropriately renumerated
Any bias and work place politics have to be cut out

They could offer better salary incentives to experienced professionals and not hire freshers alone for the yoga teachers </mark>
Communication by way of wapp or group chat should be transparent and direct and nothing is to be hidden from employees.
Substitute yoga teachers must be arranged when on leave
Was asked to write for a newspaper and design PowerPoint presentations--- ( more on the lines of marketing) for the salary of a fresher. Should be paid extra for extra work....Read More
