The wellness head Mr chakroborthy could be less toxic, less hurried and more considerate. Some amount of emotional understanding and intelligence can be exercised and not just be a cold boss. It shows when a head cares about employee welfare and workplace wellness and not just for guests alone I remember doing yoga poses for a movie shoot. We were made to wait for hours on end but nothing much came from it.
