No job security, they can terminate anytime any employee. Salary hike is depending on the relationship with MD. If you are a friend of him you will get good hike, secured job. There is 4 employee in the company right now are this type.

Dislikes

Managers and admin do nothing and get paid. The seo manager and admin sleeps all the time and get paid by doing nothing except forwarding some mails. There are ridiculous rules to deduct your salary. They will deduct your salary by any means (except those 4 people friend of MD).

Work Details

Pathetic. In every week of they will ask you to come to the office for some mere work.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
