Fixed timings. All Sat & Sun off. But some Saturday tou need to work due to factories working & they deliberately send their requirements on Saturday as they are jealous of purchase dept. being on weekend off.

No exposure HR's SOP for reimbursement is horrible !! Ultimately they want you to spend on your own if your are supposed to travel for work !! Only fixed job as per SOP Seniors behave as if we ask something for our personal requirement instead of smoothening the work by sharing required details. Nothing to be liked. No working time set,no overtime given,canteen charges also high, no tea break, no free bus, managers abusing juniors in meeting like lo*de laga dunga, g*nd marunga totally unprofessional peoples.

Some managers looting compny under owners nose just Clockwatchers no fair appreciation given to deserving peoples. Chai pine jayega aadmi tab bi dhamki denge. Company is good but culture was bad, in synergy division gps is there and also should work 8 hours compulsory if not they will reject your report, ( no confirmation, no promotion no increament) and the main thing is the managers are very danger specially ( _maheshnellogi_ ) he is a regional manager of karnataka, he treat the mr likeenemies, he threatened, harrasse and main thing is he only started adjustment without any incentives, ( my sincere request to company is you believe me or not mahesh nellogi is horrible no one can work with his command please think of the employees and remove him, if you think I am lier you can get information from other companies which he works previous company. Indoco is faster growing organization which really deserve india's number one pharmaceutical brand in future but due to some narrow minded people sitting on higher post like head of department which are doing dirty politics and not giving opportunity to outsider even they are deserving which results into higher attrition rate and leaving organisation by most capable person.

Not evaluating on technical basis even H.R. also and not considering output also..appointing only favorite peoples on important post to hold control on all the departments.....local people developing their lobby...H.R. also not working independent they also in control of HOD's even they are taking wrong decision not opposing .

Appraisal is a complex and not a transparent process. You need to be in good will of appraiser irrespective of high performance HR Policy are improving slowly.
