1. Totally regional politics in tablet manufacturing section and no value for education and talent only politics by seniors and full harassment mentally torture to officers 2. 12th Pass operator approved for all work of drug manufacturing and one officer also sign all fake readings of logbooks and bmr. 3 .Documentation totally fake; process is always different from work only formality. 4. Manager not come to area only senior executive (Anil Jota) handle everything and they also misbehave and torture to officers in Pahadi language. Here not a professional work style only pahadi work culture they prefer . 5. Overall very difficult to work in this company with 12hrs(overtime is payable after 8 hrs) duty time and this time of environment only you join this company if not have any job like me ....Read More

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
