The company is in growing mode and there is opportunity to produce best of mine with dedicated team.products are having high quality and very good acceptance in market.

Dislikes

Being it's in initial stage of growing working time has not time bount and almost it's late daily in evening which affects work life balance.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
