They will keep you busy all your life but will never think of appraisals. If they do, it will be just 1k or a bit more. They always keep crying for employees taking leaves. Company politics and inner competitions always go hand in hand with life in this company. And to the worse, with all of this I got my weight decreased by 4 Kgs when I was already an underweight person . Company gossip is another thing, Everyone knows whats going on in your life. Role is quite interesting.stuggled in the beginning as there was no formal training session and handover.I learnt everything on the job.I got the opportunity to me for taste of different roles within the same team.
