Here working style is too good. The problem aries when my requirement come. Ex - Leave issue, Trade promotion, tread feeling etc. When in completed 20 years of service I have applied 3 years extension and I gotten but the problem start in my house than I withdrow my willingness and its also accepted. Within 6 months again my home situation become cool and I applie again extension but service has not given. In this servece everything good but during problem no body will help thats why I am going discharge....Read More

During problem when I required the help from IAF than no one helped me. I am A4G1 skill B chief commendation than also I could not gotten extension. When every thing normal than good but in problem no one come ahead to help me to provide one extension. Sorry

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
