Organization is good but now a days working environment in IAF has gone upto worst level. Because of managers I. e. Officers, this organization is heading towards the saturation point of nil output. But these managers don't care about the out put or performance of the organization. They care only for there society, rest all are insects. They just want to ruin others and want to capture everything for themselves only. They are law makers and breakers. All the facilities and welfare are only for Officers and nothing to be left out for others, this is their motto. Just take the exampt of MSP, earlier they projected 6000 for themselves and 1000 for insects I. e. Airmen. Where as they are not to be paid anything on this account because they never do anything like military service. They always enjoy the five star facilities if they are deployed on field area and do nothimg for which they should get MSP. Except the pilots they should not be paid the MSP. Airmen are working hard and Officers are simply signing the papers and like britishers they exploit the working staff. It was a great opportunity to work in IAF with a team leader. Training in Bangalore was great enthusiasm for me. after training the job was 100% secured .IAF career is an Excellent.Salary after 7th pay commission is very affordable. work environment and family life was so nice.
