1. earning incentives is difficult here. You can't earn incentive on your sales its depend on how much input met for the given target. (From mar till now no incentives) 2. Company's Online verification process is not good. Thet reject your sale if they found adress mismatch, client not pick call etc etc. No matter how much struggleyou did for your sale. 3. Growth plan is good but you need to have give them 10 sales every month till 9 month . 4. Company now sending warnings to their employees for not met their qualification point of ( calling, sales, inputs, attempts). 60 minute is good for daily. 5. No job security. If you join then they asked you for 4 sales mnthly after 9 months they put extra pressure on their employess for doing 6-7 sales. Many of their emolployes works from 4-5 years in sales but did'nt get promote. At end their upper management taunt them about promotion....Read More
