Environmen of work place is like home it's very understandable and comfortable But on my personal view it can be better need to work on this

Facilities for candidate Career growth And way of speaking and treating employees during office time in a professional this need to improve I guess boss highers employees so they can grow the company So boss should coordinate and discuss with department head regarding the work and update and making new changes. Old employees should have the different facilities compare to new as they are the one who holded the company during the time of ups n down. Boss also should understand the point of view of the candidate. Our sir is very polite and understanding there is no doubt but still company needs to work on above points also the way of treating suppliers should improve....Read More
