No Job security,work culture is Good, Management is supporting, Company is giveing one time payment (Performance Based) in lakhs after salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of Politics salary is decent but Pramotion policy is not available

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! struggle a bit in beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
