Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? learning 3d modeling only in proper way. Good company for starting career.

Learning process is Good until the senior engineers are there. The company director (Nirmalya Roy) has no sense. He only knows to how to behave bad with people. Looks like a thief to company. Talks like he knows everything! But we know his knowledge is very little. It is assured that after six months any one will be frustrated due to respected director's illogical logic. He don't has any knowledge. Only copies others technology. Advice to senior employee don't join the company. Juniors are welcome to have a taste for Roadside work culture....Read More

If you are planning to join then please don't go for it. You will surely get into depression join after joining. 10 working hours and it is minimum and you have to do more than 10 hrs. It is very pathetic to work here.

Dislikes

Mr. Nirmalya roy (director of the company) is mentally unstable. He sacks you any time and behaviour is terrific always shouting on you. Terrible work pressure and you can't handle it... Skill development is also not here...
