Great learning experience in terms of product knowledge and self development. Team members are really helpful, but top level management is not cooperative. Working here, you will see a good personal growth.

They will always lower your morale, rigid and orthodox rules, No job security, work at your own risk. There was no work pressure but some other type of mental pressure. Sometimes we used to work till 9:00 pm and there was no cab facility for women.

We do diverse work and I got to learn a lot about first hand. The atmosphere is great , believe in collaborative work. Creativity n innovation is encouraged.There is no politics in the company.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
