For two years, I have toiled tirelessly without receiving a single penny of appraisal or increment in my salary. Upon submitting my resignation in pursuit of a better opportunity, I was subjected to the most despicable behavior imaginable by the *CEO, Dharmendra Kalra, and the Process Head, Chandan Singh*. **A Betrayal of Trust** After serving my 30-day notice period, I left the company on April 18, 2024. After Completion of my resign, I had an interview on May 20, 2024 with a new organization and was offered a position starting on June 10, 2024. However, I was still awaiting payment of my salary amount from IMS (now known as Stefto). **Financial Distress and Deception** Due to their unexplained delay in releasing my salary, I found myself unemployed for over a month and faced severe financial hardship.
