The management doesn't care about employees at all, al they want is number number and number. no original sale content but still want high sale number and if target not achieved then work extra day on week off. Old team leaders like U Varma feel like they are boss and humiliates everyone with their bad jokes</mark>. He even abuses on floor but when complaint done, no action taken by HR or Management. Uses bad words like mom and sister in Hindi on floor freely with no fear. Food is so bad that they give, so many complaints done, but vendor is not getting changed because vendor is old. This company works on lineage. old people will be better is what they think....Read More
