When I took my interview that time they told u will get --- salary and pf 3k and cab and meal will be free, then I asked about my salary slip they didn't mention about pf facilities, then I talked with my senior they told we are not providing pf facilities and we are charging 3k for meal and cab facility, so they scammed with me

They do not have any set standards as they have not evolved since the company has been setup. So, you can work as you wish and there is no hard core pressure.

They do not have any management. They are also not open to ideas or changes. This company is only focused on one LOB and they chucked everyone overnight without severance pay or prior notification. This company is not at all professional and doesn't understand that many employees can not survive without their pay checks.

The management doesn't care about employees at all, al they want is number number and number. no original sale content but still want high sale number and if target not achieved then work extra day on week off. Old team leaders like U Varma feel like they are boss and humiliates everyone with their bad jokes. He even abuses on floor but when complaint done, no action taken by HR or Management. Uses bad words like mom and sister in Hindi on floor freely with no fear. Food is so bad that they give, so many complaints done, but vendor is not getting changed because vendor is old.
