I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there. The worst part was i got a call from HR and she told me that the next day was my last working day. They didn't even let me serve my notice period. Everything. 1. Poor HRs without proper training. They do not listen to employees problem and our hardwired to companys policy. 2. Company do not realise employees needs. 3. Company does dry promotion only that is no increment after promotion. 4. Below average salary hikes. 5. In Impetus there is project .. Leaplogic, It is the worst place to work because of toxic work culture. Overwork and also not related to your expertise, randomly assigned any work on any language and they don't have money to hire Language expert so they assign task to you understand new/old technology within 2-3 days.
Work culture People - they don't know how to talk even higher management innleaplogic team Toxic people Randomly switch to work on different language ( you Java developer they can ask to understand informatica , sas, tableau anything)

Here I am explaining everything that happened in impetus in the last one year. First, Lack of Ethics and morality- Last Year during one of banking Project, they forced the employees to work for 15-18 hours including night shifts and after the completion of that project, they fired around 30-40 people from that project Second, Lack of Commitment- Soon after that incident, they called all the employees to come to the office who were assigned to "Permanent work from home" during the time of joining. Third, Work standard human capacity which is again teased with bad behaviour from the managers. Fourth, mean spirited and non empathetic- From the last 6 months, they are not allowing people putting paper to serve the notice period while on the other hand they are not allowing people to leave who are willing for early release due to some of their personal reasons....Read More

Impetus wasn't this bad during the time of my joining that is around two years back but the current environment is the worst something can be. Projects are of short duration i.e., for 2-3 months, 15-16 hours of work, can't even get your sleep hours so forget about work life balance. People put paper out of frustration and even then the inhumanity takes over and they would force you to leave immediately without having to serve the notice period.
