How you become a world class technician from an average technician,that place is impactiva where you can learn and experience things unbelievably.

Dislikes

Few drawbacks every company have , impactiva does have as well . But it’s nothing in front what a candidate learned from here by challenging himself on everyday basis.

Work Details

Work is fun , very challenging and hectic as well but loving it.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
