Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The company is one of the worst to work they are running scam process doing scam and they change their protocol every single day deduct 3 days salary if you are absent for 1 day hr are more worst they are not going to give any experience letter even after leaving the company overall I will not even my enemy to join this company
