Job security: Your job is secured unless or until you wanted to leave, because every 2 months some teachers will leave the school due to the pressure and stress.

Dislikes

There is no difference between for the teacher's salary and servant maid's salary, No value for the degree, all they offer is rs.6k or 7k for the fresher. No matter in which subject you're good, they will ask you to handle all the subjects.. No Respect for the teachers, Servant maids who are working there behave like a principal and spy on us. So many politics. They will recruit ineligible candidate who lacks in basic English and expect them to teach good. The salary hike is very bad.. Only rs.500 they will give as an increment. If you have a passion for teaching, better avoid this school....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
