Its a good comany who gives chance to grow well, but on ground level your seniors cant let you go high. Seniors only wants numbers of students any how, it can be fake or anything. My experience was 50-50, just to get appreciation from state head or regional heads your seniors can do anything. They only want numbers either fair or fake. Seniors treat you like anything. For others you are trainer but for them you are trainer, mobelizer, and everything . Trainer have to sit on road to distribute phamphlets of there Training Provider centers....Read More
