They relieved me in less than 4 months saying they don't have any projects at the moment and they won't pay bench employees as it's against their policy. When asked about this said to contact product manager or HR and that just rotated between them. Later no response blocked my number, deleted my mail as if they didn't even recruit me. Didn't even made me serve my notice period. Blamed everything on the client as they didn't want to continue with me but in reality that project from their end was done and my services were completed. Have no plans for long term. Completely dependent on the client. They initially sign a contract with the client internally and you will be having no idea about that. If client wants to extend them it's okay for you and if they're done with the project, Iksula just gave up and relieved me without even making me serve my notice period even after completion of the probation period.

You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers.
