Although IKS is very reputable organization but employees of IKS are unsure about their Job Security, I understand all compliance policies and if found guilty under these guidelines then corrective action must be there but there are several cases which was not that severe and under such cases IKS have taken serious action by terminating the employees due to which I belive IKS is very strict to there Complince and Correct compliance policy training should be provided on monthly or weekly basis to avoide such scenario...Read More
