Managers are very rude , not stringent policies to keep torture to employees under control, HR team is unfit , inefficient in solving employee difficulties and always takes side of the managers, very stressful job environment , unfriendly managers, work life balance becomes a complete mess, higher hierarchy ppl are not in reach. -Worst egoistic Quality manager and her team leaders -they provide very less Salary for freshers and on the name of benefits they provide nothing. - as per record 5 workings days in week, but they called employees forcefully for the weekend and in return employees got comp off. And the comp off date decide the manager.

Medical room facilities are pathetic as you need to seek for written approval mail from manager to take some rest in case we are not feeling well. 4. Non-AC cabs for all 12 months even in heavy summer time. 5. Increment rate 6. Operations will always rule over quality.

The Managers are so toxic, they keep agents if they don’t want to quit. If they came to know the agent is going to initiate exit or initiated exit they purposely terminate them without any papers or force them remove exit. Few of my colleagues faced this. The HR team is awful.
