Should Treat as employees not like school and college going kids.. Here from team manager that he will take more freshers in the team instead of tenured.. I don't know what thought process and mentally are there.. If it's really true then management should take care of that.. More hr interaction about the payroll policy benifits increment ratings how it's calculate and get benifit delivered transparently to the employees.. It will more fruitful nd feel like the good environment nd bring good wives Because 90% manager also don't know about this.. This might be the one reason why team manager looking for freshers coz tenured people can ask many questions which might be difficult to gather and deliver...Read More

For freshers it's a good company to start and gain knowledge in field of US Healthcare RCM because training and development team is very effective and good.

IKS Health internally the things are not clear in terms of process path, policies they don't stand on their own words. I would suggest to join here to get a good knowledge and experience. Not in terms of salary and compensation and career growth it's there if you are a outstanding performer. Management doesn't address your issue they will transfer your issue simply from one department to another regarding if this month some amount deducted unnecessarily if u raise issue they just ignore and transfer your issue to other and that department to other. If u are on a notice period they will not give u ur incentive for which u have worked in last quarter and that's the thing which is not mentioned in the policy also. If u raise this issue manager Will say company do like this only. So,I would just to join IKS to get a good knowledge and experience....Read More

The job was quite interesting. Initially I took time to learn and after that it was good. I learnt the things and performed well. I got a chance to work in many other sub process of RCM like AR,CBR,EVBV.
