As our first job we don't expect much from our job. And this company makes sure we won't. My experience from this company was for only 4 days but it was the worst 4 days of my life. During onboarding they'll sweet talk you about the job and the work culture. Dont fall for it. I was forced to get vaccination even tho i had an appointment for the following day. On the 1st day i wasn't allowed in the training room for that. They tried to convince me to get a vaccine dose at the earliest so i could join the team asap. Me and 5 of my colleagues got the vaccine at our own expenses. At first the trainer welcomed us in the training room (believe me not really a trainer) and talked for maximum 5 minutes and gave a break "again". During the break the trainer called us and asked to leave for the day because they cant allow us due to being " Partially vaccinated". We weren't allowed to even be in our batch. I assume it was because there were not enough seats (literally) as we were standing for the short time we were in the training room. They kept on sending people after people to makes us leave the floor and when that didn't worked they ignored us for the rest of the day for almost 5 hrs.
