Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Almost everything like work culture, work life balance is a blunder there. HR team is never supportive. Nothing can be trusted other than emails. Lot of work pressure imposed on employees. They will blow give wfh even if the female employee is carrying until third trimester. No hike for various improper reasons.

I joined here as a Test Associate(Fresher) with absolute '0' knowledge in testing and currently promoted to Test Engineer a few months back, well this is good company for freshers I got to learn a lot here though, if you join as a fresher salary is not that up to the mark but experienced ones get excellent pay

Appropriate salary should be provided to Freshers, else no other flaws so far

Depends on the projects assigned but still minimum of 10 hours need to spent per day
