Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. If you get an opportunity to work as consultants to other companies via Ignitarium, it might be good as you will follow the client's work process.

Dislikes

They are slowly changing into a consulting firm rather than a product or innovative organization. Salary is very very less for the experience and knowledge you have.

The middle management is bad. There are only few people, and the company protects the few. These are people who may not even be technically skilled. And the company is mostly run, and full of Keralites and hiring itself is biased in this regard.
