Practically nothing but from WFH employees point of view only this part of WFH falls under pros.

A series of things 99% of employees behave like college students and chew gutkha, masala, tobacco in campus. In fact, this is the first company, I have seen in 10 years which houses, Beetle shop in campus and cigerrate buds, gutkhas can be seens lynig around the campus, not to mention commodes, washrooms. Govt. washrooms could be considered 1 shade better than this. Manager washrooms are password protected to be kept safe from gutkha, masala, spit and tobacco buds. Its accoutn team does not and will not give you break up of your incentives, over time and other perks<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. you would simply see a total amount in your salary slip and you would need to perform acccount teams job to sit with your leadership to find yourself about the segregation of perks</mark>. HR Interview Hall and cabins would be kept neat and clean so you could be mesmerized by the cleanliness of their campus and join as quickly as possible. And not to mention locker rooms, in case your personal belongings get stolen or your phone gets stolen, do not be surprised at all. your locker might be broken and even if you are related to some big shot in your family, you can not find CCTV footage or capture what had happened.
