I was working in Samsung process and To be honest, the working culture is too good. All seniors are the very supportive. Everyone does respect of your opinion that is the important point. They respect the employee as well.
Dislikes
I won' t say it dislike but sometimes it happens, I felt that the person get promoted who is not tenure even don't have knowledge while the more deserving person remain at the same post. That is quite unfair. Salary benefit is not good. Employees love the culture bt due to salary they left the job.

This company is good for freshers who are searching and wants to come in working life . I have spent my 7 month . Good salary package and salary on time .

work culture looks like fish market . Pressure is on the top .Work important than your life even you are going to die they will take full work from your dead body . No leaves even in your week off they call you for work . S.B.I process is worst process please don't go for it . You havetarget for sales as well as resolution calls but not give you incentive for your sales they will shout on you for it if you not complete their sales task ...
