Idyllic in all respects had the idyllic culture to balance work and life, learn and grow, as well as a tension free worrkspace, loaded with excellent bunch of people who are all in one mission to grow and make the workplace idyllic in all respects.

Dislikes

I never had a chance to dislike anything there. It was one of the best places that I have worked in my life.

Work Details

I was responsible for the internal communications, blogs, website and parts of public relation. My work required me to be friends with all so that communication was always at peace!

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
