Timing is Not exactly which they mentioned we are working. We are working more than 9 to 11 hours. That's not calculated like overtime. On Month end 4th Saturday actually bank holiday. So we are planning for personal works, or trips or etc.. but suddenly Friday evening organisation wi cancel the holiday and inform as working day, it's a terrible thing. GRO's are coming morning 6am they are finish the collection by evening 6pm. But after 6 also Gro not going to room. Very poor management and heavy pressure on repayment collection,they don't know how we will collect emi from customers they only focusing collection and them told every employee you give loan to customer then you have responsibility to collect emi ,even customer die they want collection 100💯,most of employees paid customers emi in their hand ,no one statified about company culture

Heavy work pressure no increment. Other companies give more incentive and work balnce ,but IDFC FIRST BHARAT is worst company they considered all products like Group loans even we don't know we are collection team or sales team
